Click to enlarge Eva Longoria Parker may have gained 10 lbs. by spending her summer "cooking and eating," as she told PEOPLE, but after actress pal Lake Bell gave her the weight- loss book Skinny Bitch, she added more veggies to her diet (although she didn't, as the book advises, go vegan).
Combined with a new trainer, Aimet Victoria—who has her doing strength and cardio workouts three to four times a week—Longoria "is looking absolutely fantastic," says a friend.
